Frita. Frytka comes out of the shadows
For years, the French fry was a secondary character on the plate. Added to the meal, stuffed alongside something more important, and ending up cold at the bottom of a paper bag. The Frita was born out of a simple protest against this arrangement. The brand's slogan, "FRIES. FIRST!", isn't a flourish, but a declaration: here, the French fry is the main course, and it doesn't give way to anything else.
The entire menu is built around a single ingredient, treated with the attention usually reserved for meat dishes. The base is three types of fries, all gluten-free, in 120g, 170g, and 250g sizes: classic Belgian fries, sweet potato fries, and urban fries in a crispy, spiced breading. Each type can be selected with any menu item.
Four flavor lines were created based on this foundation. Fries First is the starting point, fries without any toppings to hide anything. Loaded Fries is a brazenly filling segment: Creamy Bacon Fries with bacon, Creamy Guacamole Fries with fresh lime, and Cheese Bacon Fries drenched in a thick, hot cheese sauce. Amsterdam Fries caters to connoisseurs, with house-grated Parmesan cheese, signature Frita sauce, and truffle sauce. Sweet Fries are the most controversial part of the menu, and the brand makes no secret of it: fries with Nutella, pistachio sauce, and a scoop of creamy ice cream. A combination that shouldn't work on paper, but works surprisingly well.
The offerings are based on specific quality decisions. The fries are fried exclusively in vegetable oil, without the addition of palm oil. The regular menu includes vegetarian dishes, and a full allergen list is available at the checkout.
