A gift that will please everyone

This is a prepaid bearer card that works like a standard payment card with a defined funds limit. Galaxy allows you to freely use purchases and services in our shops and points within the center.

Cards are sold:

• Stationary – at the Information Point on level 0, next to the Douglas perfumery,
• Online order online and pick it up at the center.

The gift card is not accepted in the following establishments: Coral Travel, IQOS, Kantor, Kolporter, Orange, Pasztecik, Pepco, Play, Plus and Polsat BOX sales points, T-mobile, Tui, Unagi, Zegarmistrz, Salon Beverly Hills.

Every card Galaxy is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Transactions or returns do not change the validity period – complete freedom of use!

If your transaction cannot be completed, please make sure that:

• you make a purchase in a store or service point in the area Galaxy,
• there is sufficient money on the card,
• the card and its magnetic stripe are not damaged,
• you don't try to pay at the self-service checkout,
• the card has not expired,
• In the case of mixed payments (partly by card, partly by other means), the store staff carries out the transaction correctly.

Available options are:

• ordering gift cards up to PLN 1000 or 10 pieces – without registration – with collection at the center,
• ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000, a single card worth a maximum of PLN 4000) or more than 10 pieces (max. 300 pieces) – after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner and making the first payment by traditional transfer in order to verify the user (the details of the purchasing company must be the same as the details of the owner of the bank account from which the transfer originates – collection at the center, shipping to the address is possible from the second order. An additional fee (PLN 2) is charged for orders exceeding the fifth card.

No invoice will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. The accounting document confirming the purchase of the cards is an accounting note.

If an accounting note is incorrectly issued, please report the irregularity to [email protected] . The accounting note will be corrected within a maximum of five business days of receipt.

• online payment commission is charged when the customer selects the payment method of quick transfer or blik payment when placing the order.
